Refund policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within a limited timeframe. Exchanges are not accepted.

Return Conditions and Window

Product Condition: Products must be in new condition to be eligible for a return.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the product's delivery.

How to Make a Return

In-Store Returns: All returns must be made in person at our physical store location. Please bring the product and proof of purchase with you.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is processed in-store, we will issue a refund or provide in-store credit, at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of the return.
