1. Shipping & Delivery
We are dedicated to ensuring your floral and gift orders are delivered fresh and on time. We offer shipping within Bahrain only.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 9:00 PM on a business day will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day.
Early Orders: Orders received between up to 9:00 AM will be delivered after 9:00 AM on the same day.
Special Deliveries: For specific time slots, please contact us directly at customersupport@judeflowers.com to arrange delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be announced on our website.
2. Delivery Process
Recipient Availability: Please ensure the recipient or a designated person is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery if the recipient is not present.
Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges for re-delivery.
Proof of Delivery: For security and quality assurance, our delivery driver may require a signature or a photograph of the delivered item at the location.
3. Order Tracking
We do not currently offer real-time order tracking. However, you will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched for delivery.
4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging and handling your orders. In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact our customer support team immediately at customersupport@judeflowers.com.
5. Holiday & Peak Season Deliveries
During major holidays (such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), our delivery times may be extended due to high demand. We highly recommend placing your orders in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
